Board of Trustees
Fifteen members comprise the ADF’s Board of Trustees (BoT) with four forming the Executive Committee. H.H. Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned chairs the board with Dr. Salim El Hoss as her Vice-Chair. Until 26 January 2009, the late Dr. Aziz Sidqi, Egypt’s former prime minister, was the board’s Vice-Chair. Dr. Ali Fakhro chairs the Executive Committee.
The Board of Trustees convenes at least twice every year where it discusses the foundation’s programs and strategic plan and approves its budget.
